This is from a live activation I ran at SXSW.
On April 9th (12–3pm), I’m going to walk through that exact process live.
We’re going to build a simple product together, and I’ll show you how I turn it into a revenue engine using what I call the Hybrid Newsletter Model.
I’ll also show you how tools like Lovable.dev (and AI when useful) can speed this up dramatically.
I’ll actually build one live with you during the session.
By the end, you’ll have:
A working product
A built-in monetization system
Something you can actually use to make money
Then on Monday, (1 pm to 2:30 pm EST) we’ll do a group review and fix anything that’s not working.
