Long-Form Writing Engine Completion

I’m thrilled to announce that our long-form writing engine will finally be conquered this weekend! 🎉 This week has been a bit of a whirlwind—life got in the way, and I spent some quality time with my nephews visiting New York. We had an amazing time exploring the Met! But I’m back to work this weekend to put the finishing touches on the engine.

We are actively seeking support and funding for our National Science Foundation project, The Narrative Engine, a low-cost technology interface for the blind, deaf, and physically disabled. If you or anyone you know is interested in supporting innovative accessibility technology, we’d love to hear from you. We’re also open to speaking opportunities to share more about our work.

Some of you may not know that I am legally blind, so this work means a lot to me.

The NSF grant we were awarded is excellent, but as you may already know, science is almost always underfunded. The State of New York has matching funds, which we have applied for, but we are reaching out to anyone who listens because until they come back with an affirmative, we have to make sure our work continues.
